Report Intellectual Property Right Infringement
To submit a notice of IP infringement, you must be the Rights Owner who owns the IP being reported or an agent with permission from the Rights Owner to submit notices on his or her behalf. Do not forget to provide your contact details (name, address, phone number, email address, secondary contact details) when you report infringement.

You can submit a trademark, copyright, patent, or other IP claim.
- Specific identification of the IP you believe is infringed: trademark, copyright, or patent registration number; written description of or link to copyrighted work; etc.
- Nature of infringement (whether infringement occurs on the physical product, physical product packaging, image on the product detail page, or text on the product detail page).
- List of infringing products
- Any additional information , if any.
- Your contact details (name, address, phone number, email address, and secondary contact details that we can share with affected sellers).
About Achabazaar's Report Infringement :
Achabazaar's Report Infringement form is intended for use by intellectual property rights owners and their agents to notify Achabazaar of alleged intellectual property infringements such as copyright and trademark concerns. If you are not an intellectual property rights owner or their agent, Achabazaar will not be able to process complaints submitted through this form. Please report your concerns to Achabazaar through the appropriate venue:
- Sellers may use this form to report inappropriate listings, other sellers, policy violations, etc.
- Buyers may use this form to report problems with orders, seller policy violations, etc.
We Do Not Enforce :
Barcode, EAN, or UPC Infringement: Barcodes, EANs, and UPCs are used to store product information such as pricing and inventory levels. These codes do not carry intellectual property protection.
Detail Page Ownership and Image Restrictions: When a detail page is created, it becomes a permanent catalogue page on Achabazaar.in that will remain even if the creator's inventory sells out. Additionally, when you add your copyrighted image to a detail page, you grant Achabazaar and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to exercise all rights of publicity over the material.
Other sellers can list their items for sale against pages that you have created or added your copyrighted images to. However, we do require sellers to list only against detail pages that exactly match their items. If you believe sellers are listing against detail pages that do not exactly match their items, we ask that you report the violation.

As the enforcement of these agreements is a matter between the manufacturer and the retailers, it would not be appropriate for Achabazaar to assist in enforcement activities.
